A School Where Children Can Thrive —
and Be Happy
The heal.thy SCHOOL grew out of a question that has guided me throughout my work as an educator and school leader:
Imagine school made children happy. What would that school look like for you?
Children’s happiness and development have always been at the heart of my work. I was especially moved when children who had struggled in other schools began to flourish in my classrooms. This made me increasingly aware of how important it is to see children as whole people—not to define them only by grades or visible challenges.
My training in psychology, systemic approaches, and trauma-informed care has deepened this perspective. Behavior is often an expression of underlying needs and relationships. These insights have also shaped the design of heal.thy SCHOOL.
At the heart of my educational philosophy is a simple sentence:

This is true for children, parents, and educators alike. When everyone feels seen, heard, and taken seriously, a school community can grow in which learning, personal development, and meaningful connection reinforce one another.
I founded heal.thy SCHOOL to create the kind of school I had always believed in: a school that combines strong academic foundations with personal growth, meaningful relationships, and room for individuality.
